From December 7th to 21st, 2023, Mischa Maisky along with his pianist daughter Lily Maisky and violinist son Sascha Maisky, as the "Maisky Trio" toured in China. They took the stage at the Xi'an Concert Hall, Tianjin Grand Theatre, Xinghai Concert Hall, Hangzhou Grand Theatre, Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts, Wuhan Qintai Concert Hall, Chengdu City Concert Hall, Shanghai Oriental Art Center, and the National Centre for the Performing Arts.

After a 5-year hiatus, the Maisky Trio China tour presented works by Clara Schumann, Brahms, Rachmaninoff, and Shostakovich, exploring multiple expressions of romanticism.
