Head Marketing & Sales | Project Manager | Graduate Trainees

【Job】

We are looking for a Head Marketing & Sales. In our matrix organisation our project-teamleaders are supported by the marketing department. This is responsible to negotiate and sell our tours to venues, theaters, cultural institutions. The head Marketing & Sales maintains excellent relationship with all relevant venues, negotiates and concludes contracts himself and with his team.

【You】

You love classic music or are curious about it. You are interested in management and marketing of concerts and performances. You have a bachelor or master degree, a proven track record of a similar position in our or a related industry. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, are flexible and are a real teamplayer. Your mandarin and english language skills are excellent.

【Job】

We are looking for Project Managers for our marketing and/or touring department. You are responsible to market artists to chinese venues, negotiate with venues and logistic suppliers, elaborate tour agendas and accompany orchestras and artists on tour.

【You】

You love classic music or are curious about it. You are interested in management and marketing of concerts and performances. You have a bachelor or master degree, are a good organizer, communicate well, are a good trouble-shooter and speak very well mandarin and english. We expect a minimum of 6-8 years working experience.

【Job】

We are looking for Graduate Trainees. Our 12-month-traineeship foresees training and work in our marketing- and tour-logistic-department and to accompany artists and orchestras on tour througout China. After one year both sides evaluate the trainee-ship. You either follow a career in Wu Promotion and get graduated to Project Assistant or look for a career in another industry.
