Bernhard Parz is a “BösendorferArtist”, and spreading the Viennese culture of sound into the world. In his perfection of sound, the touching by speaking with every single note is unique and honoured by his audience and critics. With his pure Viennese style, great technique and his honest, heart going expression of music makes him one of the most outstanding Austrian pianist of his age.

After finishing his studies with distinction he has earned several prizes (i.e. 1st prize at International Johannes Brahms Competition, 1st Prize at Music Festival Austria and 1st Swedish Duo Competition) and continued his career playing concerts throughout Asia, South America and Europe. In 2009 he was finally appointed the youngest University Professor for piano since existing of the University, at the piano faculty of the "Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna", where he still is holding a chair. He is also honored to be entitled Professor at the famous "Wiener Musikseminar" for over more than 7 years.

His recording of the complete Beethoven cello sonatas together with the cellist Jörg Ulrich Krah is a highly recommended project that will be broadcasted and be heard on tour throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2017.
