Jean Muller finishes his China Tour with a perfect ending

Jean Muller provided a high-standard solo concert for enthusiastic Chinese audiences. This is his third China tour after he toured in 2006 and 2009.

Luxembourg pianist Jean Muller finished his China Tour with a perfect ending. The tour began on the 15th of July and ran until the 24th July, 2011. During the tour he visited the Dalian Development Area Grand Theatre, the National Centre for the Performing Arts, the Shanghai Oriental Art Centre, the Yangzhou Concert Hall, the Shenzhen Concert Hall and the Guangzhou Xinghai Concert Hall. Jean Muller provided a high-standard solo concert for enthusiastic Chinese audiences. This is his third China tour after he toured in 2006 and 2009.

Jean Mueller's name is no stranger to Chinese classical music lovers, during the performance, the high attendance proved his appeal, but also validated the international critic's acknowledgement 'He is able to use his formidable instrumental command to deliver intellectually and emotionally well balanced interpretations.' Jean Muller interpreted Beethoven's Sonata Op.2 No.3 in C major, Chopin's Nocturne Op.9 No.1, and Liszt' Reminiscences de Don Juan. He also interpreted the adaptation of Sun Flowers for Chinese audiences.

In the master class before the last Concert in Shenzhen, Jean Muller also talked about his musical life, and shared his experiences in international competitions.
