The famous German Arirang-Quintett has successfully finished its China tour. From the 9th to the 20th of August, they gave six excellent performances in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and Hefei. Each of these five artists playing a different instrument, namely the flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon, brought a wonderful experience to the audience by creating a perfectly harmonious melody. The audience was impressed by their charming and elegant performance.

As it is difficult and therefore uncommon to combine these five instruments, woodwind quintets are known as "the quintet that should not exist". Yet, the Arirang-Quintet is very successful and, during its China tour 2012, they attracted lots of music lovers and won a full house for each concert. They performed classic pieces such as: Divertimento B flat major by Joseph Haydn and Serenade c minor KV 388 by Mozart. Due to their enthusiasm and unique interpretation of music, the concerts were all a great success and the audiences were impressed by the "fantastic chemical reactions" of their ensemble.
